Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (B&L Capital Management GbR, Ostpreußenweg 7c, 33758 Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock, email: info@bl-capital.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. You may also declare your withdrawal using our withdrawal function at “Withdraw from a contract” ; we will acknowledge receipt by email without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract to supply digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performing the contract after you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledged that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
